Yves Carbonne a marvelous 12 strings bassist...

Yves started music when he was 7 years old, studying classical piano. he has been playing electric bass and upright bass since the age of 13. He was initially autodidact. Later, he took some private lessons from Alain Caron and Dominique Di Piazza.
As a pioneer in the electric bass development, He is the first and currently the only bassist who is playing 10 & 12 string fretless sub-basses. These models, Legend X and Legend XII, were built by Jerzy Drozd.
The 12 use a new B string tuned at 15,4 hertzs!
